Another TAAC Friday night matchup had the Hawks traveling to Emmanuel Christian to face the Warriors for the second time on the season. The Hawks were victorious over the Warriors with excellent all around play. And once again fans were treated to really good music by a great TAAC pep band. The Warriors have some very talented musicians in their ranks.
The Hawks opened up a 24-14 lead over the Warriors going into halftime and never looked back. A tenacious defense and good execution of their offense were the keys to the game for the Hawks.
The second half yielded more of the same for the Hawks. Great passing, good help defense, solid guard play and solid play down in the post propelled the Hawks to a 45-27 win over the Warriors.
Up next, the Hawks face the Danbury Lakers tonight at home. Go Hawks!
